Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-toface meetings. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Oversee a team of customer service associates and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner and Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience. Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room improvement. Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.

Skills and Requirements:

Proven knowledge in a leadership role is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers. Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills. Superior organizational, customer service, time management skills and can work under pressure situations. Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly. Innovative creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience. BBA/MBA (Marketing) or an industry-related field.
